Audra helped me navigate a stalling market and stuck with me through some frustrating circumstances with buyers having difficulty with financing. She was able to get them to agree to things that I wasn't even aware I should ask for, such as including the first year of the home warranty. I wasn't able to be there to do the final walkthrough once I closed on the property, and Audra went for me and inspected that everything was as it should be. She even caught that they took the washer and dryer, when they were supposed to leave it for me. She was able to contact the seller and get them to drop the appliances back off to the house before I even knew they were missing. She made this process so much less stressful for me, and I appreciated her so much.
