I was a first time homebuyer, and Audra was right there with me, explaining me through each step in the process. She helped me to find a loan that would suit my needs, as I didn't have the money for a 20% downpayment. She showed me homes, and didn't pressure me to make a decision. Audra also was very knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to negotiation with the seller. She was able to get them to agree to things that I wasn't even aware I should ask for, such as including the first year of the home warranty. I wasn't able to be there to do the final walkthrough once I closed on the property, and Audra went for me and inspected that everything was as it should be. She even caught that they took the washer and dryer, when they were supposed to leave it for me. She was able to contact the seller and get them to drop the appliances back off to the house before I even knew they were missing. She made this process so much less stressful for me, and I appreciated her so much.
